Northeast Ohio Dance is committed to providing exceptional dance education in a supportive and inspiring environment. Our school offers a comprehensive curriculum in ballet, jazz, tap, modern, and hip-hop, catering to dancers of all ages and skill levels. With a focus on strong technique, artistic growth, and performance opportunities, we nurture each student’s passion for dance while fostering discipline, creativity, and confidence. Whether training for a professional career or dancing for the joy of movement, our students receive the highest quality instruction to help them achieve their goals.
Northeast Ohio Dance is so excited to share this wonderful opportunity with the NEOD dancers and the local dance communities! We are pleased to have Abby Minear, a dancer who grew up in Akron and followed her dreams all the way to Radio City Music Hall, teaching a beginner and intermediate/advanced Precision Jazz Master Class at NEOD on July 30!

Abby Minear was born and raised in Akron, Ohio and grew up dancing at Martell School of Dance and then continued her training at Meneer School of Dance and Ballet Theatre of Ohio. After graduating from St. Vincent - St. Mary High School, she moved to New York City to pursue a career in dance. In August of 2023, Abby became a Radio City Rockette, and has had the privilege of performing in The Christmas Spectacular starring the Radio City Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. As a lady of the line, Abby has performed on the Today Show and the New York Knicks halftime performance at Madison Square Garden. Being a Radio City Rockette has been the dream of a lifetime and Abby can’t wait to continue her dance career wherever it may take her!
