NEOD Dress Code
Jazz
- Boys — Black leather jazz shoes, any color leggings, any solid color or tight fitting shirt or leotard
- Girls — Tan Bloch (Spark) jazz shoes, any color leotard, leggings or tight fitting dance shorts
- 2nd grade and younger &mdassh; ponytails
- 3rd grade and higher — Bun or secured braids (no dangly braids)
Modern
- Boys — Any color leggings and any solid color t-shirt or leotard
- Girls — Any color leggings or tight fitting dance shorts or any color leotard. Hair must be tied back in a low or high ponytail
Tap
- Boys — Any color leggings, any solid color or tight fitting shirt or leotard; Black tap shoes
- Girls — Any color leggings, any colored leotard;
- Pre-tap through Tap 2 – Tan Mary Jane tap shoes
- Tap 3 & 4 – Black Tap Flex (Bloch)
- 2nd grade and younger - ponytails
- 3rd grade and higher – Bun or secured braids (no dangly braids)
Hip Hop
- Boys & Girls — Comfortable shorts or leggings, solid color t-shirt or any colored leotard, white sneakers that will not be used outside to prevent damage to the dance floor
